  • How does Cherrypick work?

    Cherrypick is an online marketplace that allows you to shop for products from top stores in popular cities across India. We are a software company that doesn't own any inventory, warehouse, or trucks. When you place an order on our website, our network of shopping professional go around and handpick items for you. Our shipping personnel will carefully pack the items and ship them to your doorstep through our shipping partner DHL.

  • How to update the information on my account?

    You can change your account information anytime by logging on to your Cherrypick account. You can make changes to the following information on your account

    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • Password
    Email changes are not allowed to the account as the platform is currently invite-only.

    Here’s how you can update the information
    1. Go to Your Account Settings from the top menu
    2. Select the field you want to edit
    3. Update the information
    4. Save your changes

  • What fees do I pay?

    We do care about keeping the costs low for our customers. Cherrypick provides you a breakdown of all the fees that you will be charged at the checkout page. You can carefully review all the fees before placing the order.

    The total cost of your order includes the price of the items, a shipping fee, and a service fee. Service fees help us operate the Cherrypick platform and provide exceptional services.

  • How is the shipping fee calculated?

    We do care about keeping the costs low for our customers. We use our proprietary algorithms to determine the shipping fee based on your cart weight and zip code.

  • Where is my order?

    We understand that the wait can feel long. Here’s how you can track the order

    1. Go to your orders
    2. Go to the order you want to track
    3. Select track order next to it

  • How to cancel my order?

    All sales are final. However, we can make exceptions on case-by-case basis and can cancel the order subject to the condition that the shopper hasn't started working on your order. All refund requests are subject to audit and final approval by the Cherrypick. We will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to either $10 or 4.5% of the amount of your order, whichever is greater.

    Follow these steps to request for order cancellation:

    1. Go to Your orders
    2. Select the order you want to cancel
    3. Select Report an issue next to the order
    4. Enter your cancellation request in the message field
    5. Submit your request

    Our support team will review your request and get back to you within one business day.

  • What can I do if I did not receive my order?

    We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. While we take utmost care to ensure your shopping experience is perfect every time, sometimes mistakes happen. Don't worry, we can make it right.

    If your order is completely missing, it could be due to any of the following reasons:

    • Delivered to the wrong address
    • Stopped by the customs department

  • How can I report a missing item from my order?

    Duties and Taxes

  • Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

    For US based orders, the order value is inclusive of all taxes and customs.

    For countries other than USA, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Import and duty taxes are determined by the Customs in the destination country. Once, the shipment reaches the destination country, Customers will receive an e-mail detailing the import tax to be paid. Our shipping partners can deliver the order only after receiving the import duties and taxes.

  • Why is the receiver being asked to pay Customs duties and taxes?

    Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.

  • How can I pay duties and taxes?

    Customers will receive an email from our shipping partners specifying the amount that they have to pay towards import and duty taxes. Customers can pay the amount online by clicking on the link in the email.
