Story
She moved with the waves and sung with the sea. Her heart always seemed to catch the rhythm of those fragrant flowers while her body danced to the tunes of the soothing winds. The ablaze fire irked a sense of passion within her, while the waters calmed her down. She found a home away from her home, where the sky was her shelter and the soil was her soul.
This story is inspired by “Frerea Indica”, a succulent plant that is now classified as endangered.
This is a beautiful cotton block-printed blouse in green.
Description
This is a cotton, block-printed blouse.
Block printing, an age-old printing technique, is a process of printing designs on a base fabric using wooden stamps dipped in dye. The intricately carved stamps are a wonder by themselves and there are separate sects of craftsmen who specialise in this. The wooden blocks are seasoned, and used to bring beautiful prints alive on the fabric by skilled artisans. The block-printing for this blouse is done on a cotton fabric which is that is soft, comfortable and a favourite with our Queens.
